The “Phoenix Boujie Bar” is a 12-foot-long lighted horse trailer, converted and equipped with coolers, freezers, blenders for all of your frozen drink cravings, and even a snow cone maker. We stock novelty ice cream and can make açaí bowls, virgin drinks like daiquiris, Pina Coladas, smoothies, frappes… anything that you would like us to blend, we can and we will! This trailer also has a flat cooktop so we could do anything ranging from breakfast foods, wraps, hot dogs, burgers, grilled cheese, quesadillas, and even lobster rolls!

“Phoenix on the Fly” is our larger of the two converted horse trailers, with capabilities to do FRIED food, plus most if not all of the options listed for the Boujie Bar!

If you have an event large or small, we could bring both of our vehicles and REALLY impress your guests, with different “stations” for each category; apps and food in one, drinks, frozen concoctions, and ice cream in the other!

Both Trailers, “Phoenix on the Fly” and the “Boujie Bar” will cater parties and events anywhere in the area OR you can rent the trailer(s) as a prop to display something else entirely! We will rent our trailers for their use without you using the cooktops or fryolators of course!
